For phone and accessories shops

Inventory and POS for phone and accessories shops.

A phone shop sells two very different kinds of stock: a few expensive handsets where every unit matters, and hundreds of small accessories where nobody notices one going missing. StockỌja handles both, with exact counts per branch and a till fast enough for a busy afternoon.

At a glance

  • Scan or type two letters

Barcodes, SKUs or names. Small items are found as fast as you can pick them up.

  • Margins on every model

Cost and selling price per variant, so you know what a handset actually earns.

  • Small items under watch

Low-stock levels on cables, chargers and cases, flagged before the shelf is empty.

  • Stock per branch

Know how many of each model are at each shop, and transfer between them.

Two kinds of stock, one system

High-value phones need exact counts and a record of every movement. Accessories need speed: finding a USB-C cable among dozens of similar cables should take seconds. In StockỌja both are just products, with variants for models, colours and capacities, SKUs and barcodes, and a history of every sale, delivery and adjustment.

How phone and accessories shops use StockỌja

  1. 1

    Set up the catalogue

Phones by model with variants for storage and colour; accessories by type with SKUs and barcodes. Import from CSV if you have a list.

  2. 2

    Sell at the counter

Scan or search, add a screen protector to a phone sale, take cash, card or transfer, print the receipt.

  3. 3

    Watch the small stuff

Set low-stock levels on fast-moving accessories so they are flagged before they run out.

  4. 4

    Restock from suppliers

Raise purchase orders and receive deliveries straight into stock at cost. More in retail management.

Where stock goes missing

Accessory shrinkage is usually small and silent. Regular counts with adjustments that need a reason, such as damaged, lost or theft, and an activity log that records who made each change, make patterns visible. Our guide on tracking stock in a small business has a simple counting routine, and how to do stock taking in a shop covers a full count.

Questions

Can I use a barcode scanner?

Yes. A USB or Bluetooth scanner that types into the search box works at the StockỌja POS. An exact barcode match goes straight into the cart.

Can I track individual phones by IMEI?

Not today: StockỌja counts phones by product and variant (for example model, storage and colour), not by individual serial number. If IMEI tracking matters to you, tell us.

How do I handle a phone sold at a different price in another branch?

Set a branch-specific price on the product. The catalogue stays shared and each branch charges its own price.

Put every cable and every handset on record.

Import your list, plug in a scanner if you have one, and start selling.
