StockỌja is business management software for businesses that sell physical products. It connects inventory management, a point of sale, sales and expense tracking, customers, suppliers and purchase orders, staff and branches, and an online store, so a business has one record of what it has, what it sold, what it spent and where it is going.

A lot of good businesses are run from notebooks, spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats and memory. That works until the business grows: a second branch, a few staff, customers ordering online. Then stock goes missing, sales are hard to add up and nobody is sure what the business actually made.

The tools available were usually one piece of the puzzle (a till, a stock sheet, a website) that did not talk to each other, or software priced and designed for much larger companies. We wanted one connected system that a shop owner could set up in an afternoon and run from a phone.

Retailers and product businesses from one shop to several branches: fashion and boutiques, phones and accessories, beauty and cosmetics, wigs and hair, general merchants and small businesses of all kinds. We are building first for businesses in Nigeria: naira pricing, cash, transfer and card payments, Paystack, and selling that often starts on WhatsApp.
