How it works

Share your link
Post it where shop owners are: WhatsApp groups, social media, your website, or in person with the QR code.

They sign up
The sign-up is linked to you when they used your link recently. You see it in My referrals.

They subscribe
When the business pays for a plan, StockỌja verifies the payment with Paystack.

You earn monthly
Each verified payment earns commission. After the refund period it’s approved and paid out monthly.
Commission rates
Each verified payment earns the rate for the business’s paid month with StockỌja, on the amount actually paid for the plan.

Commission is earned on plan subscription payments only, not on fees from merchants’ online sales.
The rules, plainly
Only verified payments count
Sign-ups and free trials earn nothing until the business pays. Failed payments never earn commission.
Attribution
A sign-up is yours if the business opened your link in the last 30 days. If they used several links, the most recent wins. It’s locked to you when they sign up.
Refund period
New commission is pending for 30 days, then approved.
Payouts
On the 5th of each month, approved commission from ₦5,000 is prepared for payout in naira to your bank account; smaller balances carry over.
Annual plans
An annual payment counts as 12 paid months, each at its month’s rate.
Cancellations and comebacks
If a business cancels and later pays again, its paid months keep counting from where they stopped.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refund or chargeback reverses the matching share of the commission. If it was already paid out, it’s deducted from your next payout.
Your own business doesn’t count
Signing up your own business through your link is a self-referral and earns nothing.

Questions
When does a sign-up count as mine?
When the business opened your link within the attribution window before signing up. If they used several affiliates’ links, the most recent one counts.
Do I earn when someone signs up?
No. You earn when the business pays for a subscription, and on each later payment, at the rate for that paid month.
Why is my commission pending?
New commission waits through the refund period. If the payment is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed instead of paid.
What if a business cancels and comes back?
Cancellations stop new commission. If they subscribe again, payments continue under the programme’s resubscription rule.
What happens to commission if the rules change?
Commission already recorded keeps its rate. New rules only apply to payments made after they take effect.
