Retail management software
Retail management for businesses with more than one shop.
When a business grows past one counter, the hard part is not selling. It is keeping several branches, a team and your suppliers in step. StockỌja gives each branch its own stock and staff, under one catalogue and one set of numbers you can trust.
At a glance
Branches
Each store has its own stock, sales, orders and expenses. View one or all.
Roles and permissions
Owner, manager, cashier or custom roles, scoped to the whole business or one store.
Suppliers and purchase orders
Raise a PO, mark it ordered, receive all or part of it into stock at cost.
Transfers
Move stock between branches; the receiving branch confirms what arrived.
Activity log
Sensitive changes are recorded with who, what and when.
Promotions
Coupons and automatic promotions across branches, on the Thrive plan.
What changes when you open a second branch
With one shop, the owner is usually the system: they know what is in stock and who sold what. With two or three, that stops working. Stock needs to move between locations, managers need authority without seeing everything, and the owner needs to compare branches without visiting each one.
StockỌja is designed around that shape. Products are shared, quantities are per branch, people are assigned to branches, and every number can be viewed for one store or the whole business. Our guide on managing stock across multiple branches goes through the routines that make it work.
People: roles, permissions and accountability
Invite staff by email and give each a role. Built-in roles cover owners, managers and cashiers, and you can create your own. Roles are either business-wide or limited to one store, and a store-level person only ever sees their branch.
- Permissions cover things like selling, discounts, returns, stock adjustments, transfers, expenses and reports.
- Sensitive actions are written to the activity log with the person, time and details.
- People who leave are deactivated, not deleted, so their history stays intact.
Suppliers and purchase orders
Keep a list of suppliers and raise purchase orders against them for a branch. The unit cost is filled in from the product. Mark the order as ordered, then receive what arrives: if 6 of 10 come in, receive 6, and the order shows as partly received until the rest arrive. Received stock goes straight into inventory at the cost you paid.
Transfers between branches
Send stock from one branch to another. The sender records what left; the receiver accepts what actually arrived, including part of a transfer. Both branches stay correct and the transfer stays on record for later questions.

Questions
How many branches can I add?
Hustle (free) includes 1 store, Scale 2, Thrive 5, and Empire is set with you. See pricing.
Can a manager see only their own branch?
Yes. Store-level roles only see the stock, sales, orders and expenses of the branch they are assigned to.
Can I create my own roles?
Yes. Start from the built-in roles or create custom ones, choosing exactly which permissions each role has.
What happens to a staff member who leaves?
Deactivate them. They can no longer sign in, and everything they did stays on record with their name.
